Terms and Conditions
- By choosing to purchase any services from us you agree that you have read and accept our “Terms and Conditions”.
- Our gift vouchers and bookings are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, if you would like to buy a voucher with a future start date e.g. someone’s upcoming birthday please advise us of this date when booking.
- Gift vouchers are non refundable however who uses the voucher is transferable.
- If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your scheduled flight it will invalidate your booking.
- All passengers on a discounted group booking must turn up for their flights together.
- Our prices, including those advertised on our website and social media are subject to change without notice. (There will never be any hidden charges).
- It is advised that you take out private accident insurance for your flight as this is not included in the price.
- Videos and photos taken with school equipment will remain the property of BSP and may be used for our online marketing.
- If you are engaging with us for training then you must be a full (annual) member of the BHPA and the Southern Hang Gliding and Paragliding Club.
- Make sure you take all your belongings and rubbish away with you when leaving the site.
- Keep your dogs on a lead at all times while they are in the general area of flying activity.
- On the rare occasion a refund is permitted due to special circumstances there will be a £35 admin fee.
- Ensure you or anyone in your group DOES NOT CAUSE OBSTRUCTION to any pilot taking off or landing.
